Question about disavowing backlinks

Hi,

I have a blog with a .de domain, and despite having high-quality content, buying products for reviews, actually testing these products, and creating my own photos, I seem to be losing rankings and traffic with almost every (confirmed and unconfirmed) Google update.

Now, I have checked my backlink profile using SE Ranking and noticed that I have a bunch of spam sites with high DA linking to my domain. These websites suddenly went from 1 DA to, for example, 65 DA within a month. All of them are .com domains, such as:

• rakily
• toptohigh
• wayranks
• idyler
• wayranks
• etc.

I haven't clicked on them, but these domains have nothing to do with my content and are most likely spam sites.

They don't show up in my Search Console as backlinks, but I'm afraid they may or may have already hurt my rankings. Should I disavow these links, or is Google able to filter these backlinks out?
