How much are you willing to pay? Another thing you can do is reach out to colleges with ad programs and offer up the job to seniors in adversiting courses. At $15 an hour you’ll likely get some qualified people and tbh college students will likely make better content than some “pros” would. Ensure they’re comfortable with aiming to grow the account and acomplish goals you have listed out, and ask them for how they plan to achieve the goals to make sure they have a plan
