There are a couple websites for companies to hire influencers. You can probably get listed on them. Do migrate those followers to instagram so you have multiple avenues to follow. Research how to create deals with those companies so you know what to request from them. Also usually they look for influencers that cater to a specific audience, so lets say you deal with teenagers. A company that sells lets say video games could want you to promote their product and either they pay you an upfront fee or they give you a link and you get payed by clicks, or sales in a percentage basis.
