Saw a tiny fluctuation in traffic across 20+ clients. Nothing to write to mom about. Rankings were normal.

Always cute to see people get hit on these monthly updates. Usually a pretty good indicator you’re doing something wrong. Most won’t see much movement at all if they’re doing things right.

Localised searches seem to have got hit hard for me (people looking for something in a particular location).

Thanks Google for dropping a core update right around Christmas.

There is no significant change, and the traffic has slightly increased compared to the last week of November

What’s the general consensus on publishing new content during updates? Keep things going as usual or hold off?

    Hello!

**It is too early to analyze anything**. The update will be completed in ten or fourteen days. At this time, one can only observe what is happening.

But I can already see that everything that does not meet Google’s mobile standards will suffer again.

Indexing with URL inspection Tool not working since last 1-2 months. Most people notice deindexing of their blog pages or services pages (I also got same issue on my site).

One of my sites decreased 22% in traffic, the other increased by 17%.

The 22% is sort of the opposite of what I gained in the may update, it feels reversed.
