I came to the conclusion that they just don’t want people to create paid promotions on Instagram… It’s like they add the bugs on purpose

I abhor Facebook but for different reasons. I really loved them initially – I built my business and following there It’s been very good for me, and I appreciate that. Just don’t have a problem or you are hoses. You absolutely cannot contact anyone, and with a business this is a nightmare.

My inbox decided to start erroring in November (Sorry, something went wrong, We are working on fixing it) and I now can’t access BUSINESS messages. There is no help line, no support, no recourse, and there isn’t a thing I can do.

I also have an issue with the Businwas Manager app.- and again no support, no one to contact. It’s just no good way to run a business.

To your points though, there will always be social media in some form because people like to hang out, interface with others, discover new things and products and feel like they belong – and social media covers all of those needs and more. Will it always be Facebook leading the way? That is debatable. I consider how most people say they hate it, which means they use it primarily only because there isn’t anything that has replaced it yet. I don’t see engagement as being on a permanent downward trend at all. A lot too depends on your customer profile – Facebook is an older generation thing, whereas TikTok definitely hits a younger crowd and the key to keeping up with that is to know your user analytics and to work consistently towards improving engagement (which is true regardless of the platform).

So yes, I hate Facebook just for different reasons entirely. but you did ask. ?

We basically abandoned our Facebook and Instagram. They haven’t been updated since September. We only focus on LinkedIn and Twitter now. We’ve really been building out LinkedIn with an employee area and diversity pages, life pages, etc.

Have you tried using business.facebook.com/pagename instead of facebook.com/pagename there’s a big difference. The latter gives you the old interface.
