Hello, the truth does not affect anything. Maybe only for a couple of months but the same PIXEL can make that to collect data it does not depend on a cookie like Google Analitycs does, all this iOS14 roll is just a blurb has scared everyone who advertises on facebook, it’s just a fear and distraction. Facebook will always steal data from your JS just like it does from WhatsApp when you write text messages. Facebook knows all your behavior and does not need a cookie

How does this affect retargeting? Because Facebook would still have all of your info based on your login . . . so wouldn’t they be able to tie everything to you based on that common login?
