Does anyone who was there at the beginning of Facebook, Instagram etc (2007-2010) feel like the party is over? : socialmedia

It just became a huge platform for narcissists. I use fb for business, messenger, and groups. I’ve unfollowed every single person in my friends list who post about themselves more than once a week.

I use Instagram only for business. Managed to avoid that narcissist pool for years. But when you’re trying to start a business, IG is a must. I just stay within my own niche and unfollow all “lifestyle” accounts, especially those who flaunt their bodies and fake luxury stuff too often. I just follow cat accounts mostly cause that’s my niche lol
