Any takers for a commission based social media manager position? : socialmedia

I’m looking for a social media manager for a startup with a completely remodeled website that has no visitors, but paying someone $1000 a month or $50 an hour doesn’t seem to make much sense for a new business, because it’s all results based. If their work produces no results (customers/sales on the website), then the work is of no use to me.

Right now, the business survives off word of mouth and referrals. The website has yet to see a single customer. Instagram, facebook, linkedin, and twitter have all been set up, and posts have been made to get the ball rolling. We also have a blog on the website.
