Hello,
I got 2 Google Ads accounts advertising different online stores. The only thing that they are connected with is the card that I pay.
Today I received a message that they are both suspended due to : **Your account is suspended** – We’ve detected suspicious payments in your account.
I’ve been using this card for a year now and the previous one I used for 2-3 years.
The only thing I can think of is that a couple of months before, my told me to stop the ads for website #2, because he found a guy who will run the ads through his account. He did the ads for a couple of months, but the boss wasn’t happy and gave the account back to me and I started my ads once more. Everything was going great till now, when I received this notice.
I am certain this guy has been abusing Google’s promo code and I think this is the reason Google suspended the account. But why the other one #1. The #1 account I’ve been running for 3-4 years without any problems.
I filed 2 appeals for both accounts. I can’t reach them by phone, because when I enter the accounts code it automatically tells me what was in notification.
Please advise.

There litterally is nothing we can do to help. Many people reported this problem the last few weeks and noone has the answer or a solution.

I’m having exactly the same problem. I’ve submitted an appeal 2.5 weeks ago and Google havent yet replied. I think a lot of people are having the same issue.
Only thing I can think of is having an MCC account – do you manage these accounts under an MCC or separately?

from what i can remember only a single google ad account is allowed for every person.only one credit card information for one person/google ad account, maybe because your using two accounts with only one credit card? thats the only thing i can think of. its suspicious payment idont think its about a voucher abuse . Suspicious payment is highly cause by credit card/bank accounts.
not trying to be rude but i think youre done for life. suspicious payment is a lifetime ban. you should just move on and try other ads platform.
