Will all conversions (by conv. time) eventually be counted as a conversion?
I currently have 3 that occurred on May 7th, but none of them have been moved over to the conversion column. I have a 30 day window set for click through conversion window. Will I have to wait 30 days for these to be counted as conversions? Will they be counted as conversions?
My conversion action is a thank you page, so I'm quite surprised that it isn't instant. Can someone more knowledgeable than me explain please?

Just checking that you’re aware that Google ads reports/attributes a conversion on the date the click took place, not the date that the conversion happened. So first off, check your date range for conversions a day or more before the date of the conversion just in case (ie maybe they clicked on your ads on 5th of May and waited a few days before returning to contact you).
That said the other reason could be issues with the conversion tracking or tag fidelity. Or, you never know, maybe they didn’t actually arrive through Google Ads.
