I recommend not to peck managers for Tik Tok, but a new social network. More secure, decentralized and convenient. Solcial itself is an environment where all these qualities are present and where you can work, earn and rest.

Reach out to TikTok creators who make videos on how to edit Tiktoks. There are so many on there that show tutorials on how to do trends

Go on TikTok and search for them. TikTok is a great search engine.

I cannot speak on the managing side but a lot of creators like myself are using CapCut to edit or just creating in app. Of course this is all dependent on your niche as well given that many creators I know of and follow (sfx makeup, cosplay stuff and Twitch gamers) film for other platforms like YouTube/Twitch first and then edit from a 16:9 to a 9:16 for their shorts, reels, tiktoks etc

This is post covid 2022. Consuimers dont trust brands, they trust others like themselves. 82% of consumers believe a complete stranger over a brand. Ads that contain user generated content convert 7x better than brand ads.
Most influencers suck and are not as effective as the would like to think. In general the bigger they are, the less they care about you or your product. It is about the money and their lifestyle. If I want to pay someone for fake passion, I hire a hooker.
I’vwe worked wiht a lot of different influencers in different verticles. It is very easy to come out on the short end of the rope. We never pay them up front for anything more than the cost of producing the content. But we pay a decent commission and set goals. If they hit the goals, they well make more than they were asking for in most cases.
I pretty much don’t want to wok witha anyone who is not already a cusomer or product user. We have to nurture our buyers a little but most businesses have people that have [purchased frpom thjem and are passionate .
We have done fairly well with small advocates, brand ambassadors and smaller influencers. It has definately been very profitable and we use their user generated content across platforms and on our social.
