I am a beginner in seo and recently I landed a job as local seo. And it’s been 21 days and now boss is asking for results . What should I do .. in those 21 days i did technical seo and some other tasks which showed some signs of increment of traffic in gsc but he is saying why didn’t he get any client -

You landed a job while knowing nothing about SEO?
Tell him that you can drive traffic to the site but oh can’t make it convert.

21 days isnt very long for seo results unless you’re a decent-sized site.

Tell him wait 3 to months & add more pages

SEMrush has a ‘cheat sheet’ on what to do regarding SEO. I’d reference that and you should start seeing results in 1-3 months and thereafter.
