What is your strategy for creating your weekly and monthly social media designs?
Do you yourself spend time creating each post? How many hours do you spend on it? How many graphics are you able to make in a block period of time? Or is this something you outsource?

Make a schedule calendar with details and outsource. Focus on growing your business not doing busy work.

6-8 hours to create all monthly posts graphic, copy and design

It depends on what the clients needs are and how often they post. Designs are dependent on what offerings/services the client has on a given week. I find it’s hard to automate beyond 2 weeks out and give an authentic presence of social.
