You will be paid $30/hour to teach students who have difficulty understanding which way up to hold a pencil, let alone have the capacity to absorb complex information then repeat it back to you proficiently.
If you are considering taking an SEO Managers position then I would ask how many members are in the team and set a brief quiestionnaire for all of them to answer before you commit to anything.
