We have 1 client we’ve been managing for about 2 years now, very niche products. Didn’t think we’d get the results we are but we’ve been consistently hitting 900-1200% Roas MOM. We would drop a week or two into the 300s when increasing budget.

I used to do retargeting for a large jewellery brand and we’d see around 30x on it with a 7day post click and 1day post engagement (no view through) and as long as we kept the total over 14x we could run prospecting with a limitless budget.
It used to see me getting my KPI bonuses pretty reliably even when my other clients were quiet.

Whenever you see a “crazy roas” like 1000% you should ask: “why aren’t you spending more?”

The reason for that is because +95% of these accounts are getting a crazy roas from brand terms and/or remarketing, repeat customers, with a lot of view-through conversions.

In other words, it’s very likely leading to non-incremental sales.

So a crazy roas is one that’s profitable where you’re able to spend at scale.
