What if we posted off-page articles and they don’t get indexed?
Can someone tell me how to actually do link-building?
As I have read in one of the comments, link building is not actually good in fact digital PRs are way better, also one must shift to paid links rather than free links, as free links don’t give much value.
If that’s the case than why it’s called SEO instead SEP?

Link quality doesn’t change just because it’s free or paid, no one cares about it either.
If a backlink you’ve acquired is not getting indexed, likely it’s low value either way and would add no value if it would get indexed.

Build your links on powerful relevant properties. Links are links. Prs can be great for expanding your referring domains.
