What are the best cross-platform listening tools if money is no object?
What are the best software tools out there to monitor and listen for keywords and phrases across all social media platforms? Ones that allow for complex Boolean searches would be best, to be able to measure usage of complex phrases or word combinations.
Specifically, I’m interested in ones that listen well to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, which seem to be the hardest to monitor.
For TikTok, I know the site tends to be a black box for metrics, but surely there are tools out there that does voice-to-text on public posts seeing as that is a commonly used tool on the app itself.
Like the title says, I’m interested in the best possible tools irrespective of cost. Thank you!
