    What action should i set as conversion

    Hello!

    So in our business (medical tourism – hairtransplant/breast operation etc – [www.meditravel.pl](https://www.meditravel.pl))
    wwe have different method of of aquiring lead – phone/whatsapp/chat/quiz popup/webform
    and after that it usually takes 3-6weeks until we have an agreement we have a contract (then we know we’re making money). My question is what should we focus on as conversions – the moment lead is generated or we should connect our contract platform so the conversion is made when we actually make money?

    Plot out indicators that lead to a sale – make them a conversion action (mentioned already). Assign the conversion actions to the proper channel / level of engagement. You can also capture GLCID, assign the lead to the GLCID and revenue value from whatever CRM you’re using and import that into the platform as a conversion action.

    I’ve worked with a med spa customer that sounds similar. They care about leads, appointments, and sales. Large account, lots of data. You’ll have to adjust to the proper scale where you’re getting enough data to have the system generate enough volume that lets you conduct business / address capacity.
