Went from having 75000 keywords to 24000 in a week what happened??
That must have been one helluva algorithm update and this is going to knock the hell out of my site traffic….

Well dang…here I was getting irritated I dropped from 61 keywords to 38. ????

The biggest thing to see is, are your clicks down in GSC? If your impressions dropped and your clicks are stable then you’re fine. Just click the keywords and see what pages need to be reworked or redirected.

There’s an unconfirmed core update right now. I wouldn’t worry about it. Give it a week and it’ll come back to normal. Maybe a week and a half. Also use analytics. Also there was just a holiday so just slow down depending on your industry. Then they come back up

Check your canonical tags and check more technical things once. Because if it is SEMRUSH which is informing you then Google will start dropping very soon. Prepare yourself… Brace yourself ????

Look at Search Console and see if bunch of pages are no longer indexed. Happened to me past couple months only getting worse and idk how to overcome it haha

Semrush sucks balls I’m sorry to say—apart from the site audit feature. Could also just be them fucking around with their keyword database. Ahrefs rolled out a database update a few weeks ago and they usually follow each other

Ahrefs just had a huge keywords update as well. All my clients keywords went way up.
