Want to make a new account without fam friends or local suggested people
How can I start over and not show up to my contacts or people I know in real life or local people? I can’t freely post how I want .

Probably can’t tbh.
Your location data, where you connect to online, any wifi you are near or connect to, your mobile data, any social platforms you connect to, any phone number that might be in someone else’s contacts for you, will produce enough data to infer who you are and give it away.
Dark profiles, ie what you don’t see going on in the background, constructed by mapping network graphs across multiple sources are extremely effective.
On a practical level, on some platforms you could preemptively block people from seeing you.

An account on what? Depending on what platform you decide to make this in I suggest making a new email but without your name/surname. because once needing to register with that email it sometimes shows the email. Once you’ve done it. For example (instagram) it asks If you want to connect with any contacts, skip it and don’t allow it to access your contacts and remove any potential suggested accounts.
