    UTMs not being accurately tracked on Shopify

    Hi all! I just took over an ad account and noticed that most of the purchases on Shopify show N/A under Campaign Source even though all Facebook campaigns have dynamic UTMs set up. The budgets are pretty high, however, there are just a few purchases attributed to Facebook. Is there a way to fix this?

    Check google analytics not shopify analytics.

    Make sure to apply the correct UTM format for your FB Ads ([ref](https://analyzify.app/hub/utm-setup-shopify/)) Then, you can check Google Analytics and see all the results correctly under Traffic Sources & Campaigns reports.

    Make sure you add paypal.com (and any other top-level domains) to the referral exclusion list in GA, too.
