  uploading enhanced conversions. Do I need to upload BOTH email and phone number for enhanced conversions to upload? Similarly, can I just write the date they converted or do I need to include hr/min/secs? I keep getting an error “The click for this conversion can’t be found…” More details below

  I omitted the email because I don’t have access to customer emails but I do know their phone numbers. I do know the date they converted but I don’t know the exact second they converted. Does the exact second they converted matter and if it does, how do I get access to what second they converted? Can I just write down the exact date they converted i.e 09/15/2023 or is it a requirement to upload the hour:minute:seconds? I keep getting this error: “The click for this conversion can’t be found. This may be because the conversion did not come from a Google Ads campaign.” for a conversion I got about 4 days ago. This is my first time uploading offline conversions.

  Google has a good page on [offline conversions for Enhanced Conversions](https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/9888656?sjid=9754312430962962270-NA#leads). Your conversions need to come from Google ads.
