  Top Level Domain Indexing

  My website have multiple TLDs such as .in, .ca, .us, etc.

  Anyone searching from India should only see .in version of my website. Similarly anyone searching from the US should only see .us version of the website.

  Is there any tags that I can setup which request search engine to index my website in this way?

  Examples you provided are country level domains. It will work as you mentioned. Nothing needed.
