  TikTok Business Registration Rejected

  So I’ve wanted to add a website to my tiktok profile but I can only do that with a business registration. In the past my business registration was approved but I switched it back to personal so I can use different sounds. Now that I dont mind, I’ve been trying to register as a business again and it keeps getting rejected.

  I’ve been uploading the qualifying business license and Tax ID statement.

  The error I am getting is that the “status of the business is unclear”, I’ve reuploaded the pictures in .JPG format several times hoping to increase the quality of the images but it always seems like it deteriorates the quality of the photos.

  I’ve send a feedback report 5 days ago and still haven’t heard anything back.

  Has anyone dealt with this and do you guys have any tips?

  A specific image type that generates a higher quality when uploading to tiktok?
