  TIKTOK ads stuck on not delivering: in review for 48hrs

  I set up an ad set a few days ago. Its stuck on not delivering: in review. I’m confused as when i look this up i get multiple answers, some saying that its normal and its just in the review process which would be odd if i haven’t gotten an answer within 48hrs, and some saying that if that pops up it means a violation has been made. can anyone clarify this for me? been having issues with Facebook and wanted to move to tiktok but these issues at the very start are annoying.

  I do a lot of TikTok marketing and have NEVER had an ad in review for more than a few hours. Have you opened a ticket with their support?
