  tCPA with a Max. Bid Limit

  Was told by a couple on here that I can set a max. click bid limit on a tCPA campaign under portfolio bidding strategy. We have some campaigns that consistently convert at $35 and some days Google will somehow figure that an average $29 CPC is an efficient way of bidding. Have you guys used this option and what are your thoughts?
