    >TikTok Ads Support2023-08-07 23:29:28Hi XXX,Your account has been re-reviewed. Per our review team, the reason for your account suspension was due to content posting patterns and identity overlaps with known bad actors, which is a direct violation of our Community Guidelines, Advertising Terms, and Terms of Service. Accordingly, your account was suspended and will not be restored. Please see the articles below for more information regarding these guidelines and terms:In order to receive a refund, your account has to be in “Good to go!” status and cannot be suspended. Per our Refund Policies, refunds are not available in respect of accounts that were suspended in accordance with the TikTok Commercial Terms. Since your account is currently suspended, a refund is not possible. You can find more information regarding this in our Refund FAQs and Payment Terms.

You gotta be kidding me. So If I would’ve funded with 5k, I wouldn’t get that money back either. Thank go it was just $60. This is disturbingly abusive, I feel I’m dreaming, this can’t be reality. ???? Will go with a chargeback, but my god, such a horrible experience. Even if I was a drug dealer, I still have the right to a refund. In my entire career I haven’t seen such an awful user experience from a company.BTW, my “bad actor” part was posting from Loomly 3 videos a day, and buying 1k followers (but this was way before I started adverting, so they could’ve let me know in advance, instead of letting me submit docs, successfully verify my business, successfully stripping me away of my $60, and allowing me to create the 1st campaign, which I couldn’t even start).Stay away from these non-human primates, sooner or later they’ll screw you, even if you’re a “good actor”. Better use an agency and give them 4-5% of your ad spent (which I’m doing now) for 300% more peace of mind. No, this is not an ad, I don’t have anything/anyone to recommend.

I think buying 1k followers is where you messed up. All of the apps will give ya the ax for that.

A single user bad experience says nothing about anyone or everyone else. I’ve never had any issues with them at all. But then again I’m not stupid enough to by followers for any account ever. It seems to me the problem is you violated their rules and are now paying the price, complying and trying to make it their fault. When you play with fire, expect to get burned.

As far as return of funds, chargebacks are a wonderful thing.

There is *plenty* wrong with the ethics of Tiktok and I totally appreciate your annoyance at the situation. Unfortunately there are a few firms rules as to how to conduct yourself and buying followers is a huge faux pas and, ultimately, firmly against TT terms of service. Same goes for every other SMP. It is essentially cheating (yourself, as well as other users who have worked hard to achieve their numbers honestly.)

If you haven’t walked the line from the get go it’s best not to proceed with advertising. That being said, keeping your money is pretty appalling, I can’t see how they can justify that.
