I am starting a local SEO agency in a few days. I have been working in the SEO industry for almost two years and have worked in various marketplaces. That’s why I think now is the right time to start my own business. But now that we have started the agency, what problems can we face and how can we solve them? what are the **pros and cons** of starting a local SEO agency right now?

I think what you mean as Local needs to be very clear. Question is what’s your business plan? Is it you will only work with Local businesses? Who else is competing with you on that? How are you unique in what your offering is vs your competitors? Who’s the biggest player in your space & why do customers go to them?
