I am newbie and I need your help, directly coming on the point. Some is using my website design, content and portfolio. Simple has copied everything is there any way to report that website?? Also guide me the procedure. Thanks in advance.

Are you worried about a duplicate content penalty? My guess is if they have to steal your work they aren’t a competitor worth worrying about.
