Snoopreport
So yeah I went nuts I got snoop report to see what a person is interested in and honestly I just got reports (it's only been 2 days). But I know this person has been following accounts and saw some liked posts from the past few weeks. Now that tool only reported one like and said the account hasn't been active? Is this just some bullshit not worth of my money or is it just slow?

Most of the time these tools aren’t really reliable or worth it. The only things they can find is what’s public or what’s sold by the platform to data brokers. It can be pretty underwhelming.
