Small Local Business, What Analytics To Focus On?
We used to schedule posts for the month using Meta Business Suite. Next month, we’d review organic reach and engagement rate for the posts, and highlight any posts that did better than our internal average. Those higher performing posts could then be used to guide future post ideas. It was simple, fast, and effective and really helped us improve reach and engagement.
New Business Suite: I can’t see organic reach for my posts, it’s just total reach. I can’t see a total engagement rate for my posts, it’s broken down by likes and reactions and shares etc. There doesn’t seem to be a quick and easy way to track the little things I used to try to grow and improve. And sometimes it seems like I’m limited to the last 28 days, when I want to see the whole month.
Any suggestions for a small local business growing engagement in a city under 100k population? Thank you!
