Should you turn off your fb ads? Will it affect the results if i want to make it running again?

    Hi!
Ive read many opinions on whether or not you should turn off your fb ads, apparently it does affect the result. Whats the final word on that?

Id like to turn off some Conversion campaign optimized for “content view” and instead run one optimized for “purchase”. The thing is if i want to disable my ad and want to make it running later; will it affect the results/performance of the ad?

What would be the best way to disable an ad knowing youd eventually consider make it running again?

    Thank you!!

Why not just leave it on? I’m trying to understand why you would turn it off just to turn it on in the future.

Are you saying just in case your new ones optimized for purchase don’t perform well, you can just turn back on your old one?

Don’t turn it off but peel back to bottom of funnel tactics and best performers of what you’ve been running.

I think it’s a mistake to let it go to $0 unless everything just sucks for you.

We did that and our results have improved. I can’t spend thousands per day like before but CPA and ROAS is where I need it at low 4 figures per day which keeps inventory and back end flowing.
