Should I make a new instagram account?
Hi! I have had my Instagram account since 2013 and I can’t say I made ugly content throughout the years but I recently started to take more pictures, more qualitative stuff and I also researched hashtags but nothing really did change so my question is: should I make a new instagram account for better reach, and if so, what do I do with this one cause I don’t really want to delete it cause I have a lot of memories there? Or what can I do to grow it organically?

Just archive your ugly posts and start with new ones

It’s tough restarting, really hard to grow from new. Save the old pics to your phone. It’s not your fault the reach is down Instagram is pushing people to pay for ads. If you’re willing to pay than that may be the best option or like do intense hashtag research.

Don’t need to make a new account unless your account is dead and in your case I don’t think so the account is dead just start with new and try to make engagement and archive old post, why to lose old followers?

Before you do anything make sure your brand image is set and you have content ready to go.

You need to engage with users. Instagram algorithm prefers Reels, video content. Also, how much you comment on other people or reply to comments on your posts matters a lot now. This is the new algorithm. Instagram is not just about Posting more photos and adding #tags. you need to engage with users.
P.S. No need to delete your account. Focus on targeted content!
