Should I follow Instagram ad likers?
Should I be doing any kind of out-reach to people liking my Instagram ads (on top of retargeting ads at them)? Previously I have followed these likers and gotten some follow backs, is this worthwhile?

At least they have showed some interest on your brand/products/ads, why not?
We all know it is much more cost-effecient to retain a (potential) customer than gain new ones, don’t we ?
