    I don’t think it’s the role of companies to offer these services, but it’s a good idea for them to work closely with a specific charity that they can easily refer their employees to.

    The main problem I imagine social media managers experience is stress. So, as a company, fostering the type of culture in which stress is openly spoken about & everyone helps to reduce the stress as much as possible is a good first step.

    I think every company could do a lot better when it comes to mental health and the wellbeing of their employees.

    Umm hard to say they already effect peoples well being especially if you get a ban for up to 30 who would you be able to approach if you cant go on site?

    they should offer it to any manager/employee. and sometimes it would be good to praise your employees. dealing with employees is getting worse and worse. for companies you are just a number and not a person.

    Specifically to them? No. Too all employees? Yes.

    I think they know what they sign up for as a social media manager so it’s not much different than any other employee and it would harm your relation with other employees if they don’t get that benefit as well.
