What “pain points” would you use to describe why an ideal, but unknown, client would need keyword research, especially topic clusters?.

One scenario may be if they have an old website, that has loads and loads of content on it, but it struggles to rank well in Google organic search.
Assuming these pages do rank somewhere in the search results, pull the query data out of Google Search Console and put it into a keyword/clustering tools such as keywordinsights.ai
