  Looking to hire for site migration

  We are moving a WordPress ( 500K website, 100K pages indexed on Google) to NEXT JS website.

  We already built the new NJS site, and it will be the same domain name.

  \- All meta data/descriptions are basically the same

  \- same domain name

  \- same exact front end

  \- slugs are a 95% match on the new site.

  What exactly are you hiring for?

  BTW, NEXT.JS sites don’t tend to rank as well as WordPress based ones. Prepare yourself for some volatility in the medium term.
