Seasonal footwear products (sandals)
Hi guys,
We have a client that sells mostly open sandals with a small selection of closed shoes. Now in the Winter months, we see a sharp decline in sales (conversion rate). We have a promotional sale coming up to try and drive additional purchases. With Facbook and Google search being a primary driver for conversions, we see the traffic quality has severely decreased after the iOS 14 update (60% of revenue from iphone users) combined with the seasonal change.
Any advice on creative digital marketing strategies that work well for seasonal products? Would love to hear some of your experiences / ideas that have worked for you.

We have only seen numbers drop for Facebook. Google and Microsoft has been a steady hand in all of this since last summer when Facebook started to tank.
You can look at running tier discounts or bundles to increase your AOV and get more sales. Summer is just around the corner, so sales should increase for what you sell.
