    Salary any good long term?

Posted by Lokipolki on March 25, 2023 at 5:20 pm

I graduated from college about a year ago and got into an agency as an associate doing Paid Search. My starting salary is $50,000 a year but noticed on sites like Glassdoor and Indeed. The higher up positions have an average salary of $60,000 and $90,000. Is this really a field that doesn’t pay 6 figures? Especially if you are experienced 4-6 years down the road?

You can move up to other postions from PPC especially if you work internally for a big company. It’s the same with any other avenue in marketing where ultimately you’ll need to move into a management role to be making the big bucks.

There is literally a salary survey pinned as the first post on the sub with plenty of data across countries, company size, and experience.

we just launched our [2023 PPC salary survey](https://www.reddit.com/r/PPC/comments/11xi72k/ppc_salary_survey_2023_final_report/) on Tuesday. You can make 6 figures… a lot will depends on who you work for, your skills and other factors.
