Retargeting through bid adjustments in observation groups
Has anyone had any positive or negative results in creating an observation audience that consist of ‘people who have visited your website’ and increasing the bid adjustment for this campaign.
Im currently seeing a much higher CTR in this observation audience and just increased bid adjustments for it by 2%
