  What’s a good Google ad strategy if you own multiple apartments in the same general area, without making them compete with each other?

  The approach I’ve used when I’ve done property related Google Ads is to use break keywords into STAGs and use a really tight keyword strategy focussed around exact, BMMs and negative. Break out search location by in neighborhood, city, country and ROW (depending on budget).

  Then you see search terms segmented by type of search and location, you can scale high quality leads easily this way.
