Quickest way to master Google AdWords

Posted by DumplingKing1 on January 15, 2023 at 3:45 am

I’m a small business owner (real estate) that’s looking to make Google AdWords a new and hopefully significant source of business for many years.

I’m taking a course at Udemy now and plan to set aside between $30k – $40k as a spend this year with goals to ramp up aggressively after successes come in.

Does anyone have any tips about education, free or paid to help speed up the learning curve?

Hey! Want to DM me so we can chat? I work for a PPC & CRO marketing agency and could give you some guidance.

better hire some expert it’s not your job
amount of money that you will spend to learn will be much more then hiring someone

    Look at Perry Marshall’s material

Google ads is one thing but another is your website and offer. There may also be some real estate specific PPC coaches out there.

If you have the appetite no one will care as much as you. Also I could be wrong but I think it may take a while to generate a click / lead from google and see revenue as real estate transactions or even leases have a longer sales cycle.

Binge The Paid Search podcast and one of the hosts, Chris Schaeffeur, has a Patreon with training vids and live hangouts / chats. You can hire him for consultation too. Probably worth doing after a few months of running, gathering data and you knowing your way around the platform

You’re better off hiring a consultant that’s going to teach you to do it yourself

Take the Google certification course to learn the platform basics. Continue with the course you’re currently taking, I presume that’s the 13-hour long one. It used to be the best course around but has become pretty dated now.

Have a look at God Tier Ads course. Read Search Engine Land to keep up to date on trends and follow the other resources in this blog post: [https://www.tenthousandfootview.com/best-resources-for-google-adwords-news-info/](https://www.tenthousandfootview.com/best-resources-for-google-adwords-news-info/)
