  Questions re first SEO job

  I’m a copywriter with some experience writing SEO optimized content.

  I’ve pitched for a job that would involve me taking care of the keyword research in order to optimise the existing copy on a website.

  When I’ve done SEO jobs in the past, I was always given the keywords.

  Are there any free tools with which I would be able to do keyword research? I only seem to find tools like Semrush and Ahrefs which are quite expensive considering it would just be for one job.

  Hi! Try getting some browser extensions like keyword planner or uber suggest. A lot of the free versions are great!
