Questions about video upload errors
I have embedded several recipe videos through my recipe plugin. A few days later, I was notified by Google that the recipe videos are invalid because the upload date is missing. I contacted the developers of the recipe plugin and apparently, TikTok doesn't provide an upload date (and the plugin developer said they can't just make up a date), so essentially, TikTok videos aren't viable for recipe plugin videos.
My question is: should I remove the videos to avoid affecting the rankings of my overall recipe, since the video is marked as invalid? Or can I safely leave the video on the post without it affecting the post rankings?
