Purchase conversion value is $100k, but sales reported on Kajabi are only $5k?
Hi, FB is reporting purchase conversion value for one of my products to be $100k, but sales reported in Kajabi are only showing $5k. Highlighted in red below:

I believe it has to do with [redundant purchase events.](https://www.dropbox.com/s/04g2f3z5pq8cvtt/Screen%20Shot%202023-01-19%20at%2011.01.40%20AM.png?dl=0) The only problem is I use Kajabi’s third-party integration with Facebook to install CAPI and the Pixel, so I don’t have any access to the manual code.
Any idea on how can I fix this?

I assume you have contacted Kajabi support right? They seem to be well aware of how FB handles dedubes from both api and website events (via event IDs), as seen in the blurbs on [this help page](https://help.kajabi.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260803892269-Meta-Pixel-Enhancements) so if you haven’t contacted them I would definitely start there. They can likely help walk you through making sure event IDs are being passed and if they arent, perhaps help you solve it since it is their system.
