Problem with new campaign “This candidate isn’t triggering ads to appear due to a low Ad Rank, and your campaign has no recent impressions”

Posted by seohelper on March 3, 2020 at 6:50 pm

Hello everyone, after several hours of being frustrated with adwords I would like to ask for your help.

I published a new campaign, with an ad which was approved, however I get the following error with all the keywords:

    >This candidate isn’t triggering ads to appear due to a low Ad Rank, and your campaign has no recent impressions. To address this issue, focus on improving the relevance of your keywords, ads, and landing page, or consider raising your keyword bids if your budget allows.

the keywords match the ad copy and the landing page. So I don’t know how to fix it. How am I supposed to improve my ad rank and impressions, if my ad is not showing?. I have 0 impressions.

Any idea why this might be happening and how to fix it?

Thanks a lot for the help.

Check your search queries for unrelated search terms.

There could be multiple reasons why you are receiving this error. Generally it’s a combination of irrelevant search terms in correlation to the message you are trying to deliver in your landing page.

Review your keywords making them relevant to your offer, and optimize your landing page and ad text to be more specific and relevant.
