PPC campaign for a weight loss and TRT doctor – Need advice
Hello everyone,
I’m starting with a new client this upcoming week, he’s a weight loss and TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) doctor.
I signed him up for SEO, PPC and email marketing all together.
My plan is to start working and optimizing his website (on-page, off-page and technical) and content creation, followed by creating an email marketing campaign and sending them to one of landing pages previously created, and lastly, creating a PPC campaign while also sending the traffic at a previously created landing page.
I thought, target long tail keywords with SEO and highly competitive keywords with PPC.
Does anyone have experience with this niche? What would be the best approach? Any suggestions or recommendations?

Having worked in this field from the PPC side you’re going to get dinged by policy a lot and CPCs are high. Remarketing isn’t an option. Email list won’t grow without some form of incentive – either info they can’t get elsewhere or literal incentives.
The path to purchase is long, it’s not an easy decision. Have insurance info and payment plan info front and center.
Medical advertising is tough (and I don’t take those clients anymore cause I just feel personally weird about it) – focus on high quality information and being an authority in the field.
