Hello, at the beginning of this year, I performed a complete optimization for a catering company. I optimized meta tags than keyword analysis, and optimized the website’s content. I made efforts to improve the UX and UI. Changed all the URLs to be user-friendly. I also optimized headings, images, schema.org, good internal linking, chacked speed, mobile friendly. However, despite these efforts, the website still doesn’t appear on the first page of SERP after two months. (I am still beginner.)

Two months are not long time for new websites …. You need to wait more …. According to your given details you completed on page …. what about off page?

Did you try adding external backlinks?

What would you say your average optimisation score is across the site? 80-100? If so then get more links.

“Changed all the URLS” would basically reset the whole process, if they had any previous links.

They’re called permalinks because once you set them, ideally they shouldn’t be changed. If they’re changed, make sure to redirect.

Technical SEO often puts you in the top 100 SERP but to reach top 10, backlinks will be needed.

how big is the site? If you have 10 pages and a few backlinks, it’s still very unlikely that you will rank for competitive keywords. E.g. if you’re trying to rank for ‘Restaurant in New York’ – it will be very, very difficult.

I suggest you try to niche down and go after long-tail keywords. You can capture search traffic this way, maybe redirect them to the money site and also build internal links to the money site.

Seeing your comment that the site is 6 years old and you changed all the URLs has me face palming real hard.

What do you mean by user friendly URLs?

Someone else mentioned it but you basically made an entirely new site and started them at not 0 but close if you implemented proper redirects. They’re going to need time to rank again so you’re in the 3-6 month window of a new site.
