PMax ROAS completely tanked this weekend due to enhanced conversions?
Hi all,
I could use some input / help. This weekend I was monitoring the performance of my pmax campaigns. Typically, we have a ROAs of around 2.5-3. This weekend I turned on enhanced conversions on my pmax campaigns and the results have been abysmal. ROAS dropped to under 1 and we are now spending more in ads than making in revenue, which is not great. The only major change made was using enhanced conversions, which I’ve since turned off. I’m also using tROAS at 150%, which is what it has been set to in the past. Recently, our Amazon side of the business has been getting attacked by bot farms causing our ROAS to drop there as well. Could this be happening on the Google side as well? I’ve never seen performance like this on any of our campaigns until this weekend and it’s completely stumping my team.
