Obviously there is no objective “right”, but the best in your eyes 🙂

The Berlin public transportation system is crazy good.

Let‘s be real how do you make a boring product that most people dislike because it‘s too expensive, often late and feels more like a nesessecity cool?

They have a great content mix of picturesque scenery, highlighting the local pride for the city, humorous and self-ironic copy writing that is on par with „Berlin Schnauze“ (the way only Berliners talk) and to top it off great Zeitgeist content as well as community management.

I mean their presence is so good people that will never use it, still follow them because their content is so good.

ariana grande did it really well like 2 yrs ago during her sweetener, thank you next, etc. run

now i’d agree with the other person who said lil nas x is doing it well. tbh celebrities that utilize twitter and appear “real” do it best unless they’re like beyoncé status or trying to maintain that untouchable type of image like hers (which has its pros and cons, it encourages celebrity worshipping which i don’t really like but is an interesting business move that allows her more privacy and a cult-like following, coming from a fan like myself).

moxi (skate brand) 365 campaign is very successful within the skating world. their reach has definitely grown the sport too, so much so they were picked up for a partnership w Nordstrom

Spotify Year in review or w/e caused a lot of waves I remember

    iPhone: shot on the iPhone

Lush and glossier also come to mind since they have very strong community support.

    Dunkins partnership w charli damelio

Overall I think generating ugc campaigns is pretty difficult and I’m very impressed whenever a brand is successful w their ugc campaigns.

Moonpie. Way before Wendys and all the other brands decided it was ok to be weird and snarky on Twitter. They changed the game.

Fashion brands like missguided, prettylittlething, boihoo rebellious fashion (a smaller brand that did brilliantly at targeting microbloggers to become cool) etc that lots of bloggers tag in all their posts for free just because its cool to do it! That’s free advertisement to them!
